Ok, so my friend bought a 99 B16 si tanny. It came with the LSD as pictured below. He now has upgraded to Quaife LSD and were trying to figure out what LSD is it. Type R USDM or JDM ITR ??? Any help will be appreciated

 

You prob need to get pictures of the other side. All we're looking at here is the bearing and ring gear.

Honda LSD that was converted from tapered bearings to roller bearings, new bearings were BEAT onto the OEM LSD as judge by the dust shields.

 

Is there any way to tell what Honda it came off? Is it a JDM LSD?

Bumping this back up because I still dont know what LSD this. So I've researched myself and came to the conclusion that it is either a JDM Type R LSD or a JDM GSR Viscous LSD. Can anybody help me confirm which one it is ?? Trying to sell, but I want to be responsible and give correct information out.
