Default USDM LSD

Did we get any optional LSDs in the US? Specifically for the B16 or B18, I'm aware the newest Civic has one. The only one I'm aware of is the Type R.
Google shows me a lot of discussion on boards but I can't find maybe an options spec sheet or anything to confirm.

The '97-01 Integra Type R is the only "B" series application here in the US that came with a Limited Slip Differential as standard equipment. There were no factory options for one.
