transmission problem PLEASE HELP!

transmission problem PLEASE HELP!
i drive a db7 and since i got it something is wrong with my tranny i asked ppl and they said it was the bearings cuz it makes noise when i press on the clutch and now my car sounds like a diesel car with the noise it makes and i dont know what to do fix the bearings or change the whole transmission? let me know what you guys think
