Default trans problem

i have a cable b16 in a 90 hatchback and i think my shift forks are messedup.dont know much about trannies but thts what my bud told me.i was wondering what kind of forks do i order if my trans is a cable s1 b16.and does anybody know where i could get a set of these?

what exactly is wrong with the tranny?? its possible you may have had a faulty diagnosis from your "bud" and could be something simpler

it goes in all gears.but say im about to leave off in 1st gear as i speed up the shifter would move.it would move to the left as im goin faster it would move also faster.like its pullin apart or something..any ideas?
