Scratched mating surface on transmission casing

Scratched mating surface on transmission casing
Got sn Acura EL 2001 with ISB traanny issue,
so I tear it down, but scratched with screw driver all along while separating the shifter know casing mating surfaces.
Do I need to worry about this?
Can I put jb weld on it?
need advice!
