S80 help

Hey.

I was wondering if anyone one could help me out. I need to do an transmission oil change and I wondering if anyone knew the following:
1- The best fluid to use?
2- How many quarts do I need to buy?

Honda MTF and you need 3qts since it uses just a little more then 2qts.

AMSOIL Synchromesh its like the GM Synchromesh but better and cheaper, 3qts you use 2.5qts
