Default One wheel burnouts with LSD?

I have noticed recently that when I am warming up my tires before a pass, I am only getting smoke from the driver side tire. My B Series trans has LSD from ATS and when I lifted the car and tested it by moving one wheel forward, the other tire moved forward as well. Any ideas why my LSD is not working and letting me heat up both tires?

That's a clutch-type LSD, and I'm only familiar with helical-type LSD's. Maybe the clutch pack is slipping for some reason?
