got brand new syncros sliders and lsd put into my gsr tran and every gear feels smooth except fourth it grinds while goin into gear. my tanny guy said to drive it around and see if it ll stop cause it might just new to wear? is this a good idea and have other people delt with this?? help asap please

 

Did you use the transmission before the work was done to know how it behaved prior to installation?

 

ya the tranny was fine before ghetting all the work done no grinds nothin

 

Then there may be an assembly issue.
