Default Hub Assembly Question

I need to replace the rear wheel bearings on my car and I found a complete hub assembly for a pretty good price. From the pics, it looks like the wheel bearing is there but they don't state that it's included. Is it too cheap for the wheel bearing to be included for that price?
Thanks in advance.

I see what you're saying about cheap bearings but the car is barely driven, so it won't need to be the top of the line bearing for what I need it for.
