Default HELP-Tranny Issues

Hey guys I recently got a gsr tranny and everything has been fine with it. The other night I was driving conservatively (under 4k shifting) and put it in second and when i let off the gas while still in gear I heard a horrible whinning/buzzing like sound. I thought it would just end if it sat over night but apparently not. I had not beaten on the car for days before this happened. This was about a week ago and it still happens. It usually takes place when I'm decelerating in any gear, not a specific gear. The faster I go and higher gear I'm in, the louder it gets which leads me to think it's some type of bearing or maybe even the diff. It is only on deceleration and if going back and forth between accel and deccel it sounds like night and day. There are no abnormal noises while giving the car gas in any gear. The car still shifts fine and doesn't act any different until I let off the gas while in gear. I don't feel any different vibrations in the pedal but while in neutral I hear a very low noise simillar to the one while in gear and slight vibrations through the shifter ONLY when in neutral. If I push in the clutch while in gear and decelerating while the noise is occurring it just gets a little quieter but doesn't completely stop leading me to think it's not the throwout bearing. The clutch is no older than 50k and it was done about 2 years ago. It's an Exedy/Fidanza OEM style combo. I also wanted to add the car is a 97' Integra with a b20b swap with this tranny. The tranny fluid is no older than 2 months old and we used a little more than the recommended 2.2 qts.
