F23 auto to manual swap
not worth unless your trans needs to be replaced. That is unless you have a lot of money to spare. you're looking at at least $1200. Parts you need will be the actual trans which is around 1k on average for brand new which is perferable. Everything else that should be new as well includes the slave cylinder, clutch, new pedals, wiring and adaptation and a flywheel. things that could be bought used could be shift assembly, crossmembers, clutch fork, and drivetrains. all in all, it's a hassle and can be expensive.
you just need to mount the shifter box on a jeep oil pan under the carpet
