Default DCT 7

Weber disassembled the DCT 7 used in three modern Honda cars.

I can’t believe I watched this all the way through, but I was fascinated that this was another example of relatively unsung Honda over engineering that can make their cars so fascinating and enjoyable.

I owned a KC2 for six years and it was and still is a hugely unsung hero in the world of performance sedans.

Just like so many Hondas, it is not appreciated until it is gone.

If you only watch it via forum inline, you will not see the reverse answer.

**The reverse mystery has been solved! A big thank you to Michel Kraus. Solution: "Even Gears" clutch engaged to the reverse idler to the reverse gears to the planetary gear set to the 5th gear. (54/34) * (51/54) * (35/63) * (1+(111/39)) * (48/42) = 3.663003663:1
