Default Cable YS1 Trans Problem HELP!!!

I have a 92 GS-R with the original b17 motor and tranny in the car. Car just hit 178,xxx miles the other night. I've put maybe 5,000 miles on it since I bought the car in Jan. The other day I pull out into traffic and get a little 1st and 2nd gear pull going to merge into traffic and let off.
Cliff Notes.....
the clutch feels like it chatters like a 6 puck unsprung now when I take off from a dead stop in 1st gear only
Tranny feels a little notchy from time to time, but goes into gears still
After putting the tranny in reverse it's hard for the shifter to come outta gear sometimes without blipping the throttle a bit.

This all happened right after I pulled into traffic the other day, the moment after I did that the tranny did feel very hard to go into gear, didn't drive the car for a whole day the next day and drove it the next day and tranny feels fine again. Tranny isn't grinding at all.

I think it's one of 2 things, pressure plate is going bad, or one of the clutch disc springs popped out. Car has a stock clutch.

i would drop the tranny and inspect the clutch. i would say the disk wore and a spring either broke or popped out
