im looking to upgrade my internals on my ZC. what camshafts, valves, valve springs can i use. Are Type R parts usable? if so which ones? Also if anyone knows a good place to pick these things up let me know.

u can use any d16a1 parts on a zc cuz they basically the sam eengine except that the zc is in the jdm crx sir and the d16a1 is in the d16a1 is in the 87-90 (i think those r the correct yrs) acura integra.
