Default would I benefit from oversized valves?

Basically, Im wondering if I NEED to get them at this point.

My head has had 3 valve jobs, and been milled as well (dont know how much unfortunately). After the last valve job, my compression was kind of erratic across the board. After the previous job, it was beautiful across the board. I dont know if maybe that was just because of the shop that did it (again, they did a fine job the first time around) or if the valve seats are gettting close to out of spec from being done so many times.

If I went with oversized valves, Im assuming the valve seats would have to be cut differently and wondering if that would possibly help or would it just be worse(assuming the problem IS with valve seat material)?

It would clean up the sealing area, I just had .5mm Oversize Int/Exh installed in my car and the valves were cut in pretty nicely.
