Default Wiring problem- need help

Were dropping a B16 into an 89 Civic LX. The B16 came out of an 88 CRX Si. We are using the wiring harness from the CRX for the Civic, but don't know how to keep the power windows, locks, and mirrors. We were thinking we need to re-wire the whole thing, but don't want to do that. Need help ASAP. Thanks.

The power options aren't controlled by the engine bay harness are they? I believe you can just transfer everything directly with no effect on windows, mirrors, etc.

I just thought of how I might be able to do it. Your right none of the power options like windows etc. are ran by the ecu, just the battery. So I was thinking, if I just ran both wiring harnesses, then I could have windows and also the motor actually running. There are just going to be some empty plugs just hanging there, but that's okay. If i'm wrong, someone correct me.
