wiring harness question
Whats going on guys? I have a civic ex harness with all the abs **** on it, and the car its going into doesnt have abs. Would it be cool to cut all the abs stuff out of the harness? (the whole abs fuse box and wiring from the batery and main harness) I cant see why it wouldnt be, but just double checking. thanks guys, josh
sup..
hmm...*scratches head*... I thought the ABS harness was a seperate from the engine harness. I guess i thought wrong....
anyways, you can just leave the ABS plugs on there and not use them. Later on, after you've installed the harness on the car and have it safely running, and if you really want to, you can cut the ABS plugs off. I personally wouldn't, that's kinda ghetto, plus you might one day want to use the ABS plugs. You never know...

i doubt id want to use them. Im trying to get the bay all cleaned up. I just finished the drivers side harness, now im moving to the pass side.
I'd do what K@man said. that way you know you won't need any of the wires your about to remove. it may take a little more time that way, but it could save you a ton of headaches further down the road. my opinion.
