i want to tuck my ef headlight harness. i wanted to know what gauge of wire to buy?

A general rule is to use the same gauge wire, most of it is about the size as 18gauge wire. I always take old, unusable harnesses for this so I always have the same size and wire color, makes it a lot easier for future troubleshooting.
