Willem setup for AT29C256 questions???

Just bought a willem programmer and am confused onto how to set it up. PGMI is down right now and just want know if there is anything special I have to do with jumpers on the board.

Got her all figured out now, thanks for the help. Any one know where I can get some more AT29C256 eproms.
