Default will a vx head fit on a d16z6 block?

my valve seals seem to be shot and i have access to a free vx head i will switch the cam and valvetrain all over is a difference in the head itself. will i lose power, poorer flow or what

I might be wrong, but you might have some issues with oil passages, because of the vtec block

I think u might be ok though, since a mini-me is possible w/o any tapping

vx's have vtec i believe well its vtece or something

VX has a different VTEC operation and smaller valves.
