Default who has rebuilt an intermediate shaft assembly?

in the helms, it indicates to use two tools that Honda sells to press the bearing out w/o messing up the bearing holder piece....

that bearing holder in the bracket is isolated with a rubber piece, so i can see why.

can a typical machine shop handle this? i'd like to do it but i don't want to mess up the support...
