Well here is the deal....i have 99 Type R in a DA (bone stock except adjustable cam gears, I/H/E, and intake mani)....the motor had jumped timing by a hmmm a tooth maybe.(but was still driving)....and car was feelin sluggish...so i set the timing back to Nomral everythin TDC and all...NOW 4 sum odd reason..if i move my dizzy all the way forward..which is suppose to be advanced it revs so slo but if i retard it revs normal but at the same token the car jus doesent feel like the car it used 2 be....Is there ne thing i can du...as far as like Adjusting the cam gears..some ppl have said all motor shuld be -2 on Exhaust side and +2 on intake side..is this true....

 

could be a bent valve , and if you have to ask about ignition timing or degreeing a cam you shouldn't touch it tune it and just because your type r motor has adjustable cam gears, I/H/E, and intake mani dosent make you all motor
