Default what transmissions are compatible?

i have a 95 civic dx with a b16a, and the tranny, axles/half shaft are from a 96 integra. a collision with a deer by the previous owner left a broken bearing on the driver's side of the transmission. i cant seem to get the partially shattered outer race out, and its leaking oil.
i didnt notice it soon enough, and 3rd gear has started to grind badly, and wont engage sometimes and 5th slips out occassionally too.
i would like to know exactly what options i have. what transmissions fit with these axles, and where's the best (cheapest) place to get one? also, how easy is it to install an LSD kit?

thanks,

Contact gearspeed. They will tell you exactly whats compatible and what you'll need to fix your tranny. Sounds like just a synchro to me. LSD's are relatively easy to install. You just need to know the proper procedure. There a few posts on here that guide you step by step for B series tranny rebuilds.

turns out there is no bearing, so there is no shattered race. it was a piece of the inner housing that was shatterred. the groove that i thought bearings would ride along, is where the little C-clip from the shaft snaps in. i need a new tranny
my speedshop has it on a lift as we speak, hopefully it wont hurt my wallet too much.
if i top off the oil, it shifts smooth as ever, so i'll probably use the internals to build a lsd with a new housing and swap that in later.
thanks for the info.

to follow up, the transmission only needed a differential. that was the peice that was cracked. the speed shop rebuilt it, but i ended up swapping in a new Integra LS trans just to be sure. thanks to all that replied.

btw, the wife and i just bought a house, so my fun car is for sale
please buy it, i badly need the cash. you know you want to.. asking $7000 OBO.
