Default What suspension to buy?

Will any one of U kindly suggest a set of make/model suspension best fit my situation?
1. For sport use, better than the standard one but not racing (Not too stiff )ideally not to make my family people feel too uncomfort.
2. To low-down the car 20mm.
Is it possible that I replace only the spring and keep the standard shock absorber (Is Eibach a good choice?) Have any of U done this this before? Any consequence?
Peformance change & durability?

you can drop your car on stock shocks for only so long casue of the stress. i don't know what 20mm is in inches but eibach's are great. just get the right ones for what you want cause they make 2 differnt types for the civic, sport and pro kit i think is what they are. i have ground controls and they use eibach springs. also go w/ koni yellows if you have the money if not go w/ kyb agx's that is what i got

i just read a thread about someone using eibach pro-kits with the stock shocks. the eibach pro-kit is a 1.3" drop, so 33mm drop. also, h&r makes an oe kit that is a 0.75" drop (if i remember correctly) which is 19mm drop...that is more of what your looking for.

hth.

Eibach is an excellent choice, imo. Personally I would suggest Eibach springs with Koni yellows for the struts.

I think the Pro-Kits are actually a 1.5'' drop, Eibach doesnt rate the drop after the spring settles, and no matter what Eibach says the do settle. Later!
