At what point

I know this has been a much talked about question before, but as you can see I'm a noob, so I was wondering at what point (rpm) does v-tec usually engage?

depends on what computer you are running..if it is chipped or stock..

I could have been a little clearer, it's an h22a mods are i/h/e and a few others and the ecu is a p13 not chipped.
