WHAT PLUG is this?

00 Si.
This plug comes out of the harness with the injector clips/wires.

maybe power steering, if you dont have it, it looks like its right where my PS plug is...but other than that...i'm clueless

possibly the Evap purge? I know the y8's have them around that area and they are a two pin sensor that is bolted to the fuel rail.

I agree, careful, same shape plug as IAT.
