What is needed to convert from OBD-0 to OBD-1

What is needed to convert from OBD-0 to OBD-1
I have a B16a sawp in my 90 hatch and I was wanting to convert to OBD-1 I understand I need an OBD-1 ECU, a conversion harness, and an OBD-1 vtec distributor. What else is needed, do I need to switch o2 sensors or injectors?

ok cool so if I need to run a 4 wire o2 and the car is wired for a 1 wire does the conversion harness come with an adapter to hook up the 4 wire
