i need a dizzy for my ITR long block ive been building. its a 97 longblock running a chipped p06 ecu with an obd2 - 1 harness. which dizzy should i get?? also are there differences between the ITR and GSR dizzys??

 

itr and gsr dizzys are the same as long as you are connecting an obd1 to and obd1 harness and obd2 to obd2..obd1 dizzys and harness have to plugs...obd2's only have one plug

anytime...but lookin at that dizzy im sure its a rebuilt...i bought one from distributor king and it looks like that...not oem...i had to replace my cap on mine and a gsr cap didnt fit...so took my cap in and it match to a rs or gs...thats how i found out....but then it should work...again its not an oem itr or gsr dizzy

 

so very possibly its a rebuilt rs or gs dizzy? will it still work on a vtec motor?? whats the difference between the GS/RS and GSR/ITR??

 

yea there is a possibilty...it should work...like i said i had mine on my car for a whole year until it started to get alot of corrision....difference is that gs/rs are not supposedly meant for vtec but in this case it should work..since its a rebuilt....try looking on distributorking...
