I am replacing a transmission . The car is a 99 Acura cl and the replacement transmission is from a accord I heard it’s the same engine and tranny but the tranny from the accord has this extra piece that the Acura doesn’t have. What is it ? And is it needed. Any help would be appreciated thanks
