Well long story short my g/f has a 95 Civic LX... The other day the water pump went out... Which caused 2 things... The car over heated, and the timing belt was VERY loose... The problem is she drove the car home like that, about a 15 minute trip...

So what are the chances she warped the head or bent a valve? The car still starts, well the last time we ran it (last night) it did... But it idles way up (almost 2k) when u start it and surges...
