Default Water coolant level drops quickly

Hello honda fans,
I have a turbo honda civic 92-95 and I m facing some issues with my coolant water. I noticed that the water level goes down every few kilometers. I m 100% sure that there is nothing wrong with the engine, meaning that the water is not passing inside the bores or anywhere else in the engine. My oils are clean and the engine just came from a rebuild. I put a water temp gauge and noticed the temperature of the coolant goes up to 95Celcius. Then I decided to heat some of the coolant while using a thermometer and saw that my coolant started to boil at about 80Celcius. It seems that the engine boils the coolant water and this is the reason for the drop of the water level. What I do not understand is where the boiled coolant goes since it is a closed circuit.
Any answer to my problem would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Alex

Does your fan work? it will stop your coolant from boiling if it does. the vapor could be going into your overflow.

Hm. How do you KNOW the coolant isn't being burned? If it isn't leaking then it's burning. Period.
