Default vdo pyrometer?...

Have any of you kids purchased or used one? From what I gather so far it uses a k-type thermocouple and has a range of 0-1650f for $99.00. Did your's include everything required for install? How has it performed?

I've not installed these, but I have a friend that uses these in a handful of his late 60's muscle cars. These gauges are supposed to be extremely accurate and I just happen to like the way their styled.

As far as installation, I would imaging they come with all that they need. You may want to inqure about the pyrometer though. That may require the purchase of a sensor, but it may not.
