Default Valve cover bolt snapped

So i put my valve cover on and i didnt torque it. Just tightened it by hand. I guess i over tightend one and it snapped. The thread of the bolt is in the place where its supposed to be. So i have the thread stuck in the engine what is a way i can get that out of there?? so i can put a new bolt into it??

Ad the other thread end is still in there! How do i get that out of there?? Is there any way of doing it without messing up the threads??

If the snapped part is sticking out enough when you pull the valve cover you should be able to get it out with vise grips. But not if it snapped down in the hole
