Default Using a torque wrench

I never used a torque wrench before....When the head piece tilts does that mean you've reached the desired torque?

make sure you read the instructions or ask hte person you borrowed it off or the place you bought it from...

What type of wrench? Click type or beam type?

all 3 of mine are click type...I've never used any other
