The cam caps come with a new head. You can't buy them seperately, so I assume Honda didn't like the idea of being able to switch them. They are linebored while installed on the head. I wouldn't recommend changing them. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't cause your light to stay on. You might want to check some other things.
