Is that right? On every other Honda I've seen, unplugging the vacuum tube to the fuel pressure regulator causes an idle increase. On my B16A, the idle goes down even though the tubes are drawing vacuum and the fuel pressure goes up.

I don't know, but mine goes down too

 

Fuel pressure goes up, running rich, idle goes down. If your idle went up hten you were probably running lean or timimg advasnced.
