Default unknown electrical problem?? help!!

Hi... Wondering if anybody has had this problem before on a 2003 civic dx.

-Check engine flashes (misfire on cylinder 3 or 4 ( one or the other never both at the same time...)
- the problem seems to shift between cylinders 3 and 4. But cant seem to find why. The car is always running on 3 cylinders. Either 1,2 and 3 or on 1,2 and 4.
-All plugs coil packs and injectors are in working order... How ever the injector does not open (spray) on the unresponsive cylinder.
- the misfire comes from the injector that wont open.
- the computer seems to be sending a continuos signal instead of a pulse.
-Ive change the computer and the problem is still there.
-Everything else checks out... Iam out of ideas and am about to send the car to the scrapyard! Help please!

Your fuel pressure is low

Injector is a ground trigger

Check the valve clearance, also look for a blown HG, It is common on this vehicle.

As for the injector, the misfire strategy for the PCM is to shut down the injector when a Type A misfire is detected. Typical OBD2 behavior

It is normal for the injector to be off in this case.

pull the egr valve connector before starting the car and see if the issue goes away after erasing the codes... yes it will throw a code for egr which is fine while you're road testing
