water pumps on Honda motors are driven by the timing belt, not a utility belt.
besides, high-performance Chevy is 4500-5000 RPMs redline. at 9-10K RPMs water pump will caveatte the water around the impeller.
Anyway, moot point, does not apply in this case.
under-driven alternator is a good idea, since over-spinning them tends to blow the diode arrays out.

If you run something like the AEM pulleys you'll be ok since they keep it off of the crank. Now the crank pullyes are a bad idea!

Not all of them, older ones ran off the alternator belt.
