Default Under-dash harness question

On a 93 civic, does the same harness that connects to the fuse box and goes through the firewall terminate somewhere under the dash? Meaning is this a separate harness or does it continue on and run to the back of the car? I need to replace this and I want to make sure what I'm getting into before I start ripping everything out again. Thanks.

No, the rear main harness branches at the fuse panel. C555 and C556 on the back of the fuse panel itself, not the easiet thing to get to. It runs rear lighting, defrost, wiper, fuel pump, etc.

I recently gutted all my under dash wiring chasing a short. Let me know if you need any more info.

Well the thing is, I had an engine fire a while ago. I cut the harness at the firewall and cut another harness at a junkyard. Then I soldered the two back together. Everything works fine. There is continuity between all the wires. However, I recently took my hondata to get tuned via FJO wideband. The FJO refuses to get any kind of signal through the engine wiring harness, from the sensor even though my stock 02 sensor works and there is continuity. Keep in mind the unit has worked on 3 other cars since trying it on mine. So out of desparation I was going to just replace that entire harness so I don't have a harness thats held together by solder. I think I'm **** out of luck at this point. Even if I changed this entire harness it doesn't guarantee that the wideband will get a signal, because afterall, it works now with the stock sensor, just doesn't want to read the wideband. So basically until I can get some kind of reading from the FJO to tune the car, everything I've done up to this point is futile. If I don't get this resolved, I'll either have to try out the EMS or sell everything and abandon ship, both which I'd rather not do.
