Uh oh.. what did I find on the ground?

So yeah. My drivers side motor mount somehow broke a bolt and is no longer connected to the motor. The motor might have hit the ground, but it didnt feel like it. The motor just revs when I gas it now. It seems simple enough, missing bolt = new bolt for motor mount. However, when I walked up the street where it happened to find the bolt (i did find it, broke in half), I found a little metal thing with grease on it, so I'm sure its mine.
Here are the quick pics I took of it.

It appears to be a bearing of some sort. The middle peice swivels like one, but I don't know where it would have come from.

Any idea of what it might be? It looks like a friend and I are going to pull my motor out this weekend if all goes well and redo it properly. I'm tired of finding suprises due to a half-assed install.

Ok. So i checked under the car to find that the axle is no longer connected to the transmission on the drivers side (I guess the motor dropping a few inches did its toll). Fortunately, my friend at Transmissions Masters just said that he think its the cv joint. So i guess I'm somewhat happy since thats not a major thing. The bearing in the pic above belongs to the joint as well I think.

Yep, it's a roller for the inner c/v joint.
