uber ?: negative values for pgmfi stock bins

uber ?: negative values for pgmfi stock bins
For some reason I cant get none of the type r bins on the pgmfi site to work with uberdata. I got it to work once but it never did work again. Just keep gettin these outrageous numbers and negative values. I open the stock gsr basemap and import them as a p30 but no luck. Did it with both 1.66 and 7. how come it worked ONCE but never again? help! thanks
