Default Turning over, but won't start

I turned the car off and when I went to turn it on it would not start. It threw a code 15 and I thought it would be the distributor. I opened it up and there's a oil inside. It wasn't much. Now that I changed the distributor, the thing cranks but will not start. It makes a noise like "eh eh eh crunk eh eh eh eh eh crunk". Everytime it crunks the power dims inside the car.
I have fuel, because I can smell it outside the car coming out of the downpipe. I have spark because I did the screw driver in the spark plug and it sparked on all 4, and I have a used distributor. I think it's the timing, but I just replaced the distributor and don't want to replace it again. The car has been sitting for 2 weeks.

If this helps, this is what I have.
Inline FP (when I turn the ignition before the start position, I can hear it come in)
MSD BTM (should I put it back to stock)
p28 chipped ECU
FMax Kit

that's all I think that's relevant.
Any answer is welcomed!!
