Default tuning question

I've searched and couldn't find it. I don't want to sound stupid but I'm getting my car tuned next weekend and it will be hot out. Will I need to get it retuned in the winter when its cold as shat or will my ECU compensate for the temp change.

Really depends on the engine management as most good engine managements have IAT and ECT correction.
