Default Trouble with the MPFI conversion

So i have recently converted to a MPFI system. Everything is wired up, and ready to go. But the car won't start, it'll crank just wont turn over. I am running a PG7 ecu with it. But when i swap in the stock PM5 the car will stay at idle for a second then die. Sometimes i have to give it some gas to keep it up. But when i try running the PG7 it just cranks, but never attempts to start. It sounds like the firing order is wrong, but i have gone over it 100 times. I have a D16Y7 swap that had the stock PM5 manifold, but now i have converted to MPFI with a manifold from a D16A6. Could the ECU be fried? I am using the Y7 dizzy, and used boomslangs OBD0 to OBD2 wiring diagram. Could someone PLEASE help me! Thanks in advance!
