Default transmission fluid and additive for Quaife?

Well, it's a real quick question.

What would you all recommend for transmission fluid and additive (if required) for a Honda YS1 transmission with Quaife differential. Please state why you feel it's the fluid to use.

So, how is G.M. syncromesh different? Is it an additive or does it replace the Honda MTF?
