Default tranny question?

will my 1995 1.6L (v-tec) tranny fit on the 1994 acura 1.8L engine that i am swapping in to my civic. if not i am stuck with an autocrapic tranny....

I CAN'T TELL YOU IF IT WILL FIT, BUT I WILL TELL YOU THAT EVEN IF IT DOES, ITS NOT WORTH IT. THAT ADDED POWER AND TQ WILL KILL YOUR TRANNY PRETTY FAST.

Worst post evar.

D series transmissions fit D series motors, B series transmissions fit B series motors. If the 1.6 is a B16, then it will fit the 1.8. If it's a single cam, no luck.
