torque specs

i have an ls vtec with arp head bolts. i need to know what the tq specs are for the head bolts. i think it was 72? i cant remember. somone help me. thanks.

yeah i put this motor together like a year ago. just took it apart. now putting it back together and i no long have the instructions.

step torque to 78 ft/lb with the arp moly lube.
