Default torque specs

ive searched for em and cant find them please help i need to know how many foot pounds of torque it takes to tighten head to block i was told to first tighten to 32 then to 70 is this correct on a ls integra

this is what i do on all my motors.....25,40,60 and it works for me everytime.....
i think 70 is way too much cause at the Honda dealers they only torque it to 58lbs....how do i know that? My friend is a Machanic at a Honda dealer....
