Torque settings for head?
Just bolting my head back on (B18C6 UKDM ITR) and need the torque settings please.
Also a different topic but i don't know what oil to try next. Thinking of mobile1 10-40. Anyone used this before?

my mitchell factory manual says:
Torque in 2 stages
stage1: 22 ft lbs, 30 nm
stage 2: 60 ft lbs, 81 nm
Sequence:
9 5 1 3 7
8 4 2 6 10
front of engine
(exaust)
