Default timing belt replacement for 05 civic

We need help ASAP - car apart in driveway....

05 Civic with D17A2 engine. We stupidly took the timing belt off of the engine without setting the cam gear to "up". I moved the cam gear a little while trying to get the belt back on. Then we moved the crank around and back to line up what we thought was the crank timing mark. How do I set everything back up? Is this a zero clearance engine? What do I line up the crank with, or can I even use marks on it? There is an arrow on the block behind the crank sprocket and a line on the sprocket (really the crank position sensor do-hickie). Please help, so this car ca be re-assembled.....
